Parking was a nightmare!!! Strict time limits on street parking and high costs at nearby lots made it frustrating!!! A lack of entertainment options made evenings dull, and the room's layout needs a rethink!!!

Everything I needed was in my room. Spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The bathroom was large and had quality toiletries. Breakfast felt generous, with a tasty full English that was freshly cooked. I appreciated the flexibility in choosing my breakfast time. It's just a short walk to the beach and the main attractions, which made exploring easy. parking posed a bit of a challenge. Limited options and strict time limits on street parking can be nerve-wracking. On the first morning, there were no yoghurts available, but that was quickly rectified without fuss. All in all, it’s a lovely place, with minor adjustments it could be fantastic.

Perfect for a cozy getaway
Had a really welcome feeling from the owner as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was just phenomenal, hot and fresh, with plenty of options to choose from.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

i recently stayed at the comat for a night and had an amazing time. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront, and the staff made us feel right at home. breakfast was delicious, especially the full english, which totally exceeded my expectations!
